So, here's to my first post.
It's October 28, 2012 with cold weather brewing in Sydney. I've been stressing lately about university assignments, but luckily have amazing friends to lend a helping hand. With uni coming to a close at the end of next Friday, another year down, and two more years for me to continue my adventure of learning to be an occupational therapist. Two more years of university, assignments and exams will be the death of me. Hopefully, these next two years will fly fast and next thing you know it, I'll be on a wild adventure on a world wide tour.
But at the present time, I'm at home surrounded with books and papers on my bed trying to complete this damn assignment! :(
To celebrate the week of all occupational therapists in Australia (and all around the world). It was OT Week (October 21 - 27). Purple. My favourite colour. Therefore, it was a must to order a few bits and bobs from the OT Australia website to celebrate my time of being an occupational therapy student.
Here are a few things: purple balloons, purple wristbands, posters about what occupation could mean, postcards about mental health / ageing / what occupational therapy is and young people.
